1. IS YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS HUMAN HAIR?
-Our hair is 100% Virgin human hair that can be bleached, dyed, & colored. Heat can also be applied to our hair. Our hair extensions has not been chemically processed to alter texture or color.
-FYI: once hair has been colored, dyed, or treated, the hair is no longer virgin. Please make sure you shampoo hair weekly if excessive products are used. Moisturize and condition hair regularly to avoid damage, dryness, or weak hair.
2. HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED FOR A FULL SEW-IN INSTALL OR CUSTOM WIG?
-Each of our bundles weigh 3.5 oz
-Longer hair equals less ounces. We recommend 3-4 bundles for lengths longer than 20 inches
-If using shorter lengths (14-18 inches), you can use 2 bundles. If wanting a more full & voluminous look, use 3 bundles.
-If using longer lengths (20-24 inches), you can use 3 bundles. If wanting a more full & voluminous look, use 4 bundles.
-If using longer lengths (26 or more inches), you can use 4 or more bundles.
3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?
-If your item is a ready made wig unit, please allow estimated 2-4 business days. We do offer express shipping at an additional price.
-If your item is a custom wig unit, please allow estimated 7-10 business days & up to 21 business days if we are in high demand.
-If your item is hair extensions, closure, or frontal, please allow up to 7 business days due to our thorough quality control check.
4. DOES YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS SHED OR TANGLE?
-All hair sheds and tangle over time. Please make sure you are properly taking care of your hair. Refrain from using excessive heat, bleaching, & coloring of hair. Treat your hair extensions as if it is your natural hair growing from your scalp.
5. DOES YOUR CLOSURES/FRONTALS SHED?
-All closures/frontals shed over time. Please keep in mind that closures and frontals are made on delicate lace material where single strands of hair are looped & knotted within the holes of the lace. Excessive manipulation such as bleaching, dyeing, brushing, combing, & etc.. can reduce the longevity of your closure or frontal.
-Closures/frontals do not last forever & can develop bald spots. Please make sure you are properly taking care of your closures/frontals.
6. DOES YOUR CLOSURES/FRONTALS COME WITH BLEACHED KNOTS?
-Slightly Bleached Knots:
-the knots on your closure/frontal will be slightly bleached. We bleach knots to a certain point that will not damage or destroy the lace on your closure/frontal. We try to keep the integrity of our clients closures/frontals. Please keep in mind bleach is a harsh chemical and when you bleach the knots on a closure/frontal it will reduce the longevity, cause shedding & balding. It can also cause the lace to weaken and unable to use.
-Our closures/frontals come slightly pre-plucked w/ light to med brown tinted lace
We do offer closure & frontal customization services for $75.00
Services include:
-pre-plucked hairline
-slightly bleached knots
-tinted lace color
(please keep in mind when you bleach the knots on your closure/frontal it can reduce the longevity).

8. CAN I YOU CUSTOM COLOR MY CUSTOM WIG UNIT &/OR HAIR BUNDLES?
-At this time we no longer offer custom coloring services.
9. CAN I GET A CUSTOM WIG UNIT MADE?
-At this time we are no longer accepting new custom wig orders.
