HEAD MEASUREMENTS FOR CUSTOM WIG UNIT

***IMPORTANT: WHEN TAKING YOUR HEAD MEASUREMENTS, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR NATURAL HAIR IS STYLED IN THE WAY YOU ARE GOING TO WEAR IT UNDERNEATH YOUR CUSTOM WIG UNIT.

WE WILL NOT START TO PROCESS ANY ORDER UNLESS WE HAVE CLIENT'S HEAD MEASUREMENTS & WIG CAP PREFERENCE. It is the client's responsibility to provide us this information to process their wig order. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

OUR WIG UNIT REQUIREMENTS

In order for us to create a custom wig unit, a client is required to provide accurate head measurements. NO EXCEPTIONS! We will not create a wig unit for any client without head measurements. We ask for head measurements to choose the best wig cap and mannequin head to create a good fitted wig.

Amour Wigs use two types of wig caps for our hand sewn wig units. We use dome cap and mesh cap with adjustable straps. Clients have an option to specify what type of cap they prefer. Amour Wigs will not be responsible if a client decides to use a mesh cap w/ adjustable straps and it does not fit their head.

The mesh cap with adjustable straps tends to lose its elasticity over time if the wig unit is worn on a daily basis. Please keep mind if you are consistently putting the wig on and off you are stretching the cap due to pulling/tugging on it. This is why we include an elastic band in every wig order. The elastic band once installed inside the wig unit keeps the wig in place and can also make the wig unit fit tighter if the wig cap becomes loose. If your wig unit loses its elasticity we do offer an alteration/adjustment service for $100.00. We will have re-create your wig unit.

We do recommend a dome cap to our clients for their custom wig unit due to the dome cap is made with an elastic band. If the additional elastic band we provide is installed within the wig unit it helps the wig cap keep its shape, which increases the longevity of the wig cap.

If inaccurate head measurements are provided, there is a possibility a wig unit can be too big or too small for the client. Amour Wigs will not be responsible if a client provides us inaccurate head measurements. Please make sure the head measurements are accurate as possible. We rely on the client for accurate head measurements due to we are NOT able to physically take head measurements for a client. This is why we stress to each client to provide us accurate head measurements.

ALL clients have the option to use our mesh cap with adjustable straps, breathable mesh cap with adjustable straps, or dome cap to create their custom wig unit.

The standard size for the mesh cap with adjustable straps is estimate 20"-22 1/2" head circumference. This cap may or may not fit some clients due to the measurements of the cap.

- Dome caps fit head measurements up 25 inches

- Mesh caps with adjustable straps fit head measurements up 20-22 1/2 inches

Amour Wigs will not be responsible if a client decides to use a mesh cap and it does not fit their head. In order for us to create a custom wig unit, a client needs to provide accurate head measurements. This way we can choose the best wig cap and mannequin head to create a good fitted wig. If inaccurate head measurements are provided, there is a possibility a wig unit can be too big or too small for the client.

All clients are required to provide their exact head measurements to make sure head measurements match with size of the wig cap. Amour Wigs will not be responsible if wig unit does not fit due to client providing incorrect head measurements.
