Our current turnaround time on skincare, apparel, & cosmetics varies depending on items in stock and ready-to-ship items. Within the description of all our products we clearly list the turnaround time.

To all clients: We are a small business and process orders in the order they are received. We are not a warehouse or factory and do not have excessive storage of our products.
Amour Luxury Co. & its affiliates, Amour Luxury Skincare, Amour Luxury Cosmetics, Amour Luxury Apparel, & Amour Luxury Wigs/Amour Wigs has numerous new & current clients that we create or design for. Please keep in mind we receive orders on a daily basis & there are other individuals that are ordering our products the same time as you. Please allow an ample amount of time for us to process and complete your order.
We do have the right to refuse service to any individual that is being difficult, irate, or disruptive.
** Please allow estimated up to 7-10 business days for your order to be fully processed and shipped. Depending on the items ordered you may receive your order sooner than our current turnaround time. We make sure our products undergo a thorough quality control check before shipped to our clients. We want to assure each of our clients receive the best product possible from us.

Once your order has shipped, client should receive shipment of order by estimate 2-6 days depending on your location.
We currently SHIP WORLDWIDE.
All clients are responsible for domestic & shipping fees, taxes, & any custom fees associated with shipment upon delivery.
We will not be responsible for damaged or loss of packages due to mail carrier/courier. We are not responsible for any uncontrollable circumstances that may occur during shipping.
If any issues that occur during shipment or delivery, client will need to contact the UPS or USPS mail courier.
Currently, our shipping fees are based on USPS standard shipping rates, which is the most affordable shipping option for our clients compared to other shipping services. Shipping fees vary depending on what items you order, how many, the weight & size, as well as your delivery location.
