REFUNDS + EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time all sales are final. We do not accept cancelled orders due to all orders are final sale. Please make sure you are wanting to purchase before you place your order.

Please keep in mind that some or all of our apparel, cosmetics, & accessories are custom-made/handmade. We make sure that the description of our items are very detailed. We provide accurate apparel, cosmetics, & accessories specifications. 

Photos you see of our apparel/cosmetics/accessories are the exact items you will receive. We have personally taken each photo of our items so you can see up close & personal what you will receive once you order our items. We include photos of all angles. Please make sure to read the description and view our photos. 

AMOUR LUXURY COUTURE POLICY

Exchanges/Store credit will not be given to any client that fails to read our description carefully, refer to our size chart, or ask questions before placing their order.

Please keep in mind that some of our products have been custom made such as:

All sweatshirts/long sleeve tops/jogger sets/t-shirts with a logo or design. 

All lip cosmetics (lipgloss/lip tint/lip oils/lipstick)

We will not accept any exchanges due to the logo or design on these items.

AMOUR LUXURY GLOSS LIPS

At this time there are no returns or exchanges on any lip gloss, wholesale lip gloss, wholesale orders, lip gloss base, lip oils, lip tints, or lip stains due to sanitary reasons. 

There are no refunds given on items that are damaged or broken during transit. We advise to contact the mail courier for any issues during shipping/delivery.

EXCHANGES (EXCEPTIONS APPLY)

Exchanges will be in the form of a store credit/gift card. Exchanges can be made due to an error on our end. For example: incorrect size or product. This is only if it is not an item or product a client ordered or specified. EXCEPTIONS MAY APPLY!!

-In order for the exchange to be valid:

-client must notify us via email within 24 hours after receiving items.

-the items ordered must not be altered in any way such as washed, worn, missing tags/labels or not in its original packaging.

If we accept your exchange due to our error, client needs to ship back what was received by them in its original packaging within 5 days for exchange to be honored by us. NO alterations to product will be accepted. We recommend you include insurance on your package. Please make sure you provide us your order # and reason for exchange.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT AN EXCHANGE DUE TO A CLIENT'S ERROR OR LACK OF CARE FOR THEIR ITEMS.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU READ THE DESCRIPTION SECTION FOR OUR PRODUCTS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE ALWAYS WELCOME CLIENTS TO CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS THEY MAY HAVE ABOUT OUR COMPANY OR PRODUCTS. 

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLIENT THAT FAILS TO ASK QUESTIONS, INQUIRE ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS/PROMOTIONS, OR READ OUR PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION. 

WE DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY CLIENT THAT IS RUDE OR DIFFICULT.
